"I don't usually leave reviews but after the great experience I had today I decided to leave a review this time in hopes that it helps someone else. Let me first say that whenever I call Jim Elsner's office he always suggests reviewing my policies to make sure I'm getting the best coverage and the best rates possible. I don't usually think I have time to review my policies when I call. Who does right? Well, today I had a little time so I called with a non-urgent question about my coverage and I spoke to "Ed." One question led to another and Ed was very patient. No matter how many times I asked "what if we changed this or that?" he took the time to answer and check different options on each of my vehicles. He took the time to help me sort out what was best for my situation. Boy was this call worth it. In my 16 minute phone call I ended up getting my collision deductibles lowered substantially and my comp deductible down to zero. Best of all, my monthly premium increase was less than the cost of a cup of coffee! Of course, everyone's situation is unique. If you need insurance you can't go wrong with Jim Elsner and this State Farm office. I've been with them for many years and they have always been fair, and never pushy. They genuinely care about their clients and do everything they can to help you when you need to buy insurance coverage and when you need to file a claim. And, if you haven't reviewed your auto or other policies in some time, especially since Covid, it's worth doing it now. Insurance variables and human circumstances are always changing and being adjusted so it doesn't hurt to ask questions and get a policy review. You just might be pleasantly surprised too."
